Name: Tim Rankin

Position: General Manager

An experienced leisure manager Tim served his apprenticeship managing various leisure facilities for Aberdeen City Council and Aberdeenshire Council before joining Transition Extreme prior to it opening in 2007. An accomplished climber, Tim will be well known to many in the climbing community for establishing some of the North East’s most demanding climbs. Tim also contributed to The North East Outcrops and wrote the Portlethen Bouldering Guide.
