ADULT INTRODUCTION

First Steps: The Adult introduction offers two sessions to learn the skills involved with securing yourself to the rope system and belaying your climbing partner. Provided you can demonstrate these skills at the end of the course you will be able to climb unsupervised on completion. A years registration and one free climbing session is included in the course fee.
